BetsyBeers is an evangelist, producer, film editor, speaker and author
living in Orlando with one husband, four children, three grand-children and two chickens. After rebounding from her alcoholic
family of origin, her kidnapping and deprogramming, the discovery of her father's body in a suicide scene, abandonment by
a drug addicted preacher-husband, and struggle to raise three children as a single mother, Betsy graduated valedictorian with
a degree in Film & Video Production from Full Sail University so she could teach ancient Bible truths in a pop culture
format.
Among her productions are the PBS Special On Beat Street and the award-winning TBN, SkyAngel,
FAVE and Dish Network's Word 4 Word Kids.
With an emphasis on healing: spirit, soul and
body, and on the Biblical mandate for believers to spread the health, Betsy's entertaining programs, books, music videos
and customizable film shorts enhance the experience and enrichment of her audiences whether live or on television. She loves to minister to the
sick.
Determined to see a generation emerge that is uninhibited by errant traditional and religious mores,
she exposes the unscriptural myths that sabotage miracle working faith, inspiring believers and non-believers alike to engage
God's promises. They can stop surrendering to disease, despair, lack, mediocrity and smallness. They can stop waiting around
for God to do something --and realize that it is he who is waiting around for them!
Betsy's passion is
to provoke the world to jealousy, to lure the lost, and to make them feen for what we have...or should have.
